For the treatment of canine congestive heart failure originating from valvular insufficiency (mitral and/or tricuspid regurgitation) or dilated cardiomyopathy.
Active ingredient: Pimobendan
Pack size: 100 tablets in blister packs per box - 1.25mg, 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg.
Indications for use: Positive inotropy for improved contractility without increasing myocardial oxygen demand.
Vasodilation for reduced preload and afterload, easing the workload of the failing heart.
Dosage: The preferable daily dose is 0.5mg pimobendan/kg body weight. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Determine the bodyweight accurately before treatment to ensure correct dosage.
Storage: Return any divided tablet to the opened blister and use within 3 days. Do not store above 30°C.
